At How 'Bout Them Threads, every item is made to order specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Please review all product details, sizing charts, and personalization information carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase only if production has not begun.

Because all items are made to order, once production has started, orders cannot be canceled, changed, or modified.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at howboutthemthreadsembroidery@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and issue

We will review the situation and work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

All items sold by How 'Bout Them Threads are custom, personalized, or made to order and are therefore non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Embroidered apparel

  • Personalized hats

  • Custom aprons

  • Made-to-order products

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. Please ensure all sizing, color, and personalization selections are correct before placing your order.

Sizing Disclaimer

Most apparel is unisex and runs true to size unless otherwise stated in the product listing. We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart before ordering, as refunds or exchanges cannot be provided for incorrect size selection.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow your financial institution time to process the refund.
